FitDay

I joined the weight loss guiding site, FitDay, yesterday. I wanted to pass it on to you, it's kind of good.

It's really good for keeping track of calories and exercise in a more sane way, because one doesn't have to tally up everything him or her self. It's pretty helpful. You can look back on your bad days/weeks and see what you did wrong, like a combination of lack of exercise and more eating, etc.

I also wanted to show you my public journal/stats from the site. What I do/eat, etc. is all included, plus a graph of my result weight changes. I might post some "journal" entries there (basically stuff that's not all that interesting to the public). But the charts and tables should give great info--on days I fill it out. (Who knows if I'll stick to it.) Right now, it's very interesting to me.

Because of some stats it gave me, I decided to be a very little (weak, silly) Laurie and weigh myself: 126.5! Down one pound, in one day. (That was right after lunch, too.)
